From this morning... In Egypt, economist Hazem el-Beblawi was named yesterday as the country's new prime minister. He was expected to offer cabinet posts to the Muslim Brotherhood of ousted president Mohamed Morsy, but the Islamist group has already said it is not interested in participating in the proposed transitional structure. The main anti-Morsy liberal group is also demanding changes to the political roadmap put forward by interim president Adly Mansour in a "constitutional declaration", which includes a review of the constitution and an elections timetable.
