The UK has refused to extradite WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange to the US. It's good news, but only in part...

Singapore had assured people that its Covid-19 contact-tracing program would only be used for public health purposes and not for criminal investigations. They are now going back on that promise.

France has arrested Roger Lumbala, the former head of a rebel group in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, on charges of “complicity in crimes against humanity”.
