Jayshree Bajoria
Jayshree Bajoria is an associate director in the Asia division, and has conducted research and published reports on a broad range of issues including sexual violence, discrimination based on caste or religion, police reforms, violence and harassment at work, freedom of expression and assembly, and digital rights in South Asia.
Previously, she worked as the deputy editor at CFR.org, the website of the Council on Foreign Relations in New York, where she won a News and Documentary Emmy and two Overseas Press Club awards for her writing. She has a master’s in international affairs from Columbia University in New York.
