Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International Submission to the UK High Court in Israel Arms Case

Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International have intervened before the UK High Court in the ongoing legal challenge by Al-Haq and the Global Legal Action Network (GLAN) to the UK’s transfer of arms to Israel. The submission provides evidence of the Israeli authorities' lack of commitment to comply with international humanitarian law and breaches of international humanitarian law.
