  • The North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation will target offenders ages 18-35 who are released to Cass County, which includes the cities of Fargo and West Fargo. Through the Reentry Project, the department's Division of Field Services will partner with various service agencies to address the challenges of recidivism, substance abuse, and physical and mental health issues and to support workforce participation, housing, and faith-based issues.
