Human Rights Watch intervention at OTP Public Hearing

At the ICC Office of the Prosecutor’s public hearing on October 18 in New York, Richard Dicker outlined concerns in relation to the ICC prosecutorial strategy, with an emphasis on the country situations currently under investigation. In highlighting these concerns, he referenced both the prosecutor’s activities report and the draft paper on the criteria for selection of situations in relation.
