Recommendations To The Truth And Reconciliation Commission

The recommendations contained in this submission to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission are based on our research and findings in these previous reports, and on the work of Human Rights Watch in other countries around the world. The recommendations we make focus both on the manner in which the TRC and the government should handle past abuses and on the steps that should be taken to ensure such abuses cannot be repeated in future.
