Human Rights Watch comments on the Comprehensive and Integral International Convention on the Protection and Promotion of the Rights and Dignity of Persons with Disabilities (the Draft Convention) could further address the particular concerns of disabled women and girls. This is a critical human rights concern, and we appreciate your leadership in the area of women’s and girls’ rights within the Draft Convention.
