Simone Nabholz

Simone Nabholz is the Senior Officer with Human Rights Watch’s Development & Outreach Department in Zurich. She joined Human Rights Watch in 2011 and focuses on building and cultivating a network of both individual and institutional supporters for Human Rights Watch in the German-language part of Switzerland, as well as on the organization of fundraising, cultivation and outreach events.

Previously, she worked at Terre des Femmes as assistant to the CEO as well as in a renowned law firm in Switzerland as a member of the administration team. She furthermore interned at the Swiss Embassy to Brazil, where she led a research project on the Brazilian judicial system.

Simone holds a master’s degree in Social Anthropology, International Law and Economics from the University of Zurich.
