Reagan Williams

Researcher, Crisis, Conflict and Arms Division

Reagan is a researcher in the Crisis, Conflict, and Arms Division, focused on the United States. She previously worked in the Americas Division as the Leonard H. Sandler Fellow, where she documented lack of access to water and sanitation services in Guatemala, and then as a consultant supporting ​work on El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras. 

Prior to joining HRW, she earned a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she did research and advocacy in Columbia's Human Rights Clinic. She also interned with the International Commission of Jurists and International Rights Advocates, and did research for Children of Incarcerated Caregivers. Before law school, she worked on women's rights at the Wyss Foundation.
