Haley Bobseine

Haley Bobseine is the Lebanon Researcher at Human Rights Watch (HRW). Before joining HRW, she worked as the Middle East Program Manager with the International Refugee Assistance Project (IRAP), an organization providing legal assistance to refugees. Haley previously worked with the Middle East Reporter in Beirut, reviewing the Arabic press and writing articles in English. She also worked in the Public Information Office at UNRWA in Damascus. Haley holds a BA/MA in Modern Middle East History from Brown University. She speaks Arabic.
