Ekin Ürgen
Associate
Ekin Ürgen is an Associate in the Technology and Rights Division. Before joining Human Rights Watch, Ekin worked at International Crisis Group firstly as an intern with the Advocacy Team and then as part of the President’s Office. Prior to that, she worked as project assistant at the Association for Migration Research in Istanbul.
Ekin holds a master’s degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from University of Kent and University of Marburg and a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Galatasaray University in Turkey. She is fluent in English, French and Turkish.
