Ann-Marie (Ami) Åström is a Swedish lawyer specialized in maritime law. She took her degree at Uppsala University and has also studied at University of Minnesota and University of Oslo. She has been working within the maritime field with P&I insurance, lawfirms and is now the chairman of Rederi AB Gotland and also Gotland Tankers AB where she was the former CEO of. Ann-Marie is a director of various other companies and on Executive Committe of INTERTANKO. She has been engaged with Human Right Watch since the establishment of the Stockholm office. Ann-Marie is the mother of three children.
