Human Rights Watch won two Webby Awards
With nearly 14,000 entries from over 70 countries, the Webby Awards are the leading international awards honoring excellence on the Internet. Our rapid response videos covering the early days of Russia’s war against Ukraine have won a Webby award for social media content on News & Politics, where we shed light on war crimes and other human rights violations committed during the conflict. Our project of #StudentsNotProducts, a campaign on children's rights and technology won People's Voice award for Websites and Mobile Sites in the category of Responsible Innovation.
