Letter to the Foreign Ministers of the OSCE Participating States

We are writing to ask that the forthcoming Ministerial Council meeting take steps to ensure the integration of
security and human rights initiatives in the OSCE region. We believe this is especially important given the active
involvement of many countries in the region in the global campaign against terrorism, particularly Russia and
Georgia.
