To the Members of the Parliamentary Assembly,
Subject: Resolution and Recommendation Concerning the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict
We understand that at this week's meeting of the Parliamentary
Assembly you will be considering a resolution and
recommendation concerning the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. We
are writing to commend you for this initiative, and to urge that
your resolution and recommendation address as a matter of
great urgency the need for all parties to comply with fundamental
principles of human rights and international humanitarian law.
