Why the US needs this court

America's rejection of the International Criminal Court is a threat to its own security

The irony is obvious: that Washington simultaneously demands complete
co-operation with international justice at the Yugoslav war crimes tribunal (or else),
and complete non-co-operation with international justice at the ICC (or else).
