Siri Beck-Friis
Associate, Crisis, Conflict and Arms Division
Siri Beck-Friis is an associate with the Crisis, Conflict and Arms Division. Before joining Human Rights Watch, she worked and interned with non-profits, think tanks, and Harvard's International Human Rights Clinic, contributing to projects on humanitarian disarmament, war crimes accountability, and new technologies in armed conflict. She has also worked in criminal defense and human rights litigation at a London legal aid firm, supporting legal actions against the UK government and public authorities.
Siri holds a law degree from the University of Cambridge and an LL.M. from Harvard Law School, and is admitted to the New York state bar.
