Seraina Soldner
Seraina joins us from hospitales, an organization she helped build since 2023 to advance “Hospital at Home” models in Switzerland. Prior to this, she was a Project Manager at the Migros Pioneer Fund, supporting pioneering social and environmental initiatives through long-term funding. From 2016 to 2021, she co-founded and co-directed SINGA Switzerland, building the organization from the ground up and leading programs, partnerships, fundraising and growth.
Her professional career began with an internship at UNHCR in Malta and has included positions at Justice Rapid Response in Geneva and the Munich Refugee Council. Seraina holds a Master in International Affairs from the Geneva Graduate Institute and a Bachelor in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Maastricht University, focused on European and International Law. She is currently completing a Master of Public Health at the Universities of Zurich, Basel, and Bern.
As Director Development and Outreach, Seraina leads Human Rights Watch’s fundraising and outreach efforts in Zurich, strengthening partnerships and supporting its mission to protect human rights worldwide.
