Rachel Levine
Rachel Levine serves as an associate for the US Program Team at Human Rights Watch. Before becoming a part of the US Program, Rachel worked as an assistant for development operations and an associate for the disability rights program at Human Rights Watch. Prior to joining Human Rights, Rachel worked for Facing History and Ourselves, the International Crisis Group, Search for Common Ground, and the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. She has a master’s in Conflict Resolution from Georgetown University and a BA in Religious Studies from Allegheny College. Rachel’s focus has been on international genocide prevention and transitional justice; she looks forward to bringing that framework to the issue of racial justice in the United States.
