Nicola Paccamiccio

Nicola Paccamiccio is the UN Geneva Advocacy Coordinator for Human Rights Watch. Prior to joining Human Rights Watch, Nicola worked as Advocacy Officer at UNOPS and as UN Advocacy Officer at CIVICUS: World Alliance for Citizen Participation, representing the organization at the United Nations in Geneva. He gained further experience in human rights and international affairs at the European Union Delegation to the UN and at the Permanent Mission of Italy to the UN in Geneva, and at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace in Brussels. Nicola holds a Masters’ degree in International Relations, with a focus on human rights protection.
