Associate, Environment and Human Rights
Hellen Huang is an Associate in the Environment and Human Rights Division at Human Rights Watch. She previously worked at the United Nations and Center for Civilians in Conflict and supported projects at smaller NGOs focusing on the mental health and rights of migrants and refugees. Hellen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from Sarah Lawrence College and a Master’s degree in International Relations and International Law from New York University. She speaks English and Mandarin.
