Greyson is a sociocultural anthropologist who specializes in international development; much of his fieldwork has been with disenfranchised/vulnerable populations in northeast US and with NGOs in East Africa.  Grey holds a Bachelor of Art in Anthropology and in Art from Colby College and a Master of Art in Anthropology with an international Development concentration.  Grey is Co-Founder, Lead Researcher and Project Manager of Better Together NYC, a regional coalition to improve the quality of and access to services to LGBTIQ asylum communities in the New York City area, and currently serves as National Coordinator for the LGBT Freedom and Asylum Network, a national network that is dedicated to helping people who are seeking safety in the US because of persecution based on sexual orientation or gender identity in their home countries.
