Delphine Starr

Editorial Officer, Americas Division

Delphine is an editorial officer in the Americas Division at Human Rights Watch. She previously worked in the Children’s Rights Division conducting research on unaccompanied migrant children in Marseille, France. Before that, she was an associate in the Americas and Children’s Rights divisions. Prior to joining Human Rights Watch, she completed a Fulbright grant in Salvador, Brazil, and taught in Guatemala and on Easter Island.

She holds a BA in Environmental Studies and Romance Languages from Wesleyan University and a Master of Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. She speaks English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese.
