Cara Schulte is an Associate with the Environment and Human Rights Division at Human Rights Watch. Her research and work experiences emphasize environmental health, risk science, and public policy. Cara also works part-time with the Disability Rights Division. Here, she supports work on the rights of older people and people with albinism. Cara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health and Political Science from Johns Hopkins University and a Master’s degree in Environmental Health Science from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
