Cara Schulte is a Senior Associate with the Environment and Human Rights Division at Human Rights Watch. Her work focuses on (1) the impacts of climate change on at-risk groups including pregnant people, older people, and people with disabilities and (2) toxic exposures and environmental health. Cara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University and a Master’s degree in Environmental Health Science from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Cara has a certificate in Risk Science and Public Policy.
