Ramzi Kaiss
Ramzi Kaiss is a researcher in the Middle East and North Africa Division at Human Rights Watch investigating human rights abuses and documenting laws of war violations in Lebanon. Previously, he worked at MENA Rights Group, a Geneva-based legal advocacy organization, where he documented civil and political rights violations across the MENA region as part of complaints submitted before UN human rights mechanisms. He holds graduate degrees from the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights and the Geneva Graduate Institute, and a BA from Connecticut College.
