Stefan Brocker specializes in arbitration and commercial litigation as well as in law (including transactions) in the areas of logistics, transport and shipping & offshore. In addition, Stefan Brocker has extensive experience of board work and sits on the board of several companies. Stefan Brocker leads Mannheimer Swartling's Shipping & Transportation practice group. Stefan Brocker is a member of the Board of the European Maritime Lawyers Organization and a member of the Editorial Board of the IBA Dispute Resolution Review. He has been a part of the Human Rights Watch Stockholm Committee since spring 2023.
