Ifé Fatunase
Ifé Fatunase leads the organization’s global visual storytelling strategy across documentary film, video, audio, and digital platforms. Based in New York, she oversees an award-winning multidisciplinary team producing content that brings Human Rights Watch investigations to broader audiences, strengthens advocacy, and supports fundraising and brand engagement.
Her work sits at the intersection of journalism, storytelling, and strategy shaping how complex human rights issues are translated into compelling, accessible narratives across formats, from long-form documentaries to social and digital content.
Ifé began her career in broadcast journalism at Reuters, ITN and Sky News and went on to produce documentaries for major international broadcasters including Discovery Networks, ITV, Channel 4 and A&E. Prior to joining Human Rights Watch, she co-founded a London-based creative agency, leading the global production of several high-profile films and campaigns.
