Lisa-Marie Maier

Lisa-Marie Maier is a coordinator in the Media and Communications Division at Human Rights Watch.

She is currently pursuing a Master's degree in InterAmerican Studies at Bielefeld University, specializing in Gender and Migration in the Americas.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Intercultural Communication from Chemnitz Technical University and has previously completed an internship at the European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights (ECCHR) in Berlin.

Lisa-Marie is fluent in English, Spanish, and German and is learning Portuguese, Galician, Arabic, and French.
