Virginie Morgon

Virginie Morgon is member of Eurazeo’s Executive Board since January 2008. After working as an investment banker in New York and London at Lazard since 1991, Virginie became the youngest managing senior partner at Lazard Frères et Cie in Paris early 2001. She was promoted Head of the European Food, Retail and Consumer goods sector in 2006. During 16 years at Lazard, she advised numerous French and international groups such as Air Liquide, Danone, France Télécom, Publicis, Renault, Kingfisher/Castorama and Kesa/Darty. Consequently, she has developed an extensive network in Europe as well as international expertise in financial matters.

Virginie co-leads one of the broadest investment company in France, Eurazeo, with 130 years of age. She is notably in charge of the investment strategy and deal flow of the Group. Within Eurazeo, she is directly responsible of a number of portfolio investments and sits on the Board of a large number of international companies.

Virginie Morgon, has a Master degree in Economics and Management from the Bocconi University (Milan, Italy - 1991) and graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris - IEP (BA/MA in Economics and Finance, specialization in Accounting and Finance) cum magna laude in 1990.
