In the last few weeks, Human Rights Watch has received increasingly troubling reports of deteriorating security in the north, southeast, south, and the west of the country. We are writing now to urge your government to support immediate measures in cooperation with the United States and other nations to address this growing insecurity and to guarantee the success of the December 2001 Bonn Agreement.
