Rebel forces and government-backed militias in Eastern Congo are deliberately killing civilians, Human Rights Watch has found. Last week, at least 50 people were murdered in the town of Kiwanja when government forces and their allies seized the town. Human Rights Watch says the international community must do more to protect civilians in North Kivu Province. Jessie Graham reports.
