Call for Justice from Families of Victims of Operation Likofi

On November 13, 2014, family members of 25 young men and boys who were killed or forcibly disappeared during Operation Likofi, an anti-crime police operation in Kinshasa, the capital of the Democratic Republic of Congo, sent a public call for justice to Congo’s national prosecutor.
