U.S.: Growing Problem Of Guantanamo Detainees

Human Rights Watch Letter to Donald Rumsfeld

We are writing to reiterate our concern that the U.S. government is still not
complying with the requirements of international human rights and humanitarian
law in determining the legal status and future disposition of persons detained at
Guantanamo Bay and in Afghanistan and its vicinity.
