Kerin Shilla
Kerin Shilla is an Associate for Technology and Human Rights. Previously, she was Program Coordinator for the Africa Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington DC, a Senior Researcher for the Tanzania Feminist Collective, and Vice President of the Macaulay Diversity Initiative at the CUNY Macaulay Honors College in New York, NY. While pursuing her undergraduate studies, she interned at the International Legal Foundation and the Permanent Mission of Tanzania to the United Nations in New York, NY. Kerin has a bachelor’s in political science and a minor in international relations from the CUNY Macaulay Honors College at Hunter College. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Political Science, with a specialization in international relations at George Washington University in Washington DC.
