Jacqulyn Kantack is an associate in the arms division of Human Rights Watch. She holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations and a master's degree in Human Rights, both from the University of Minnesota. Prior to joining Human Rights Watch, she worked as a program associate at the Syria Justice and Accountability Centre.
