Jen Haile oversees development and outreach activities in San Francisco. Most recently, she was instrumental in the launch of Maverick Collective, a philanthropic and advocacy initiative of PSI (Population Services International), where she traveled the world to promote projects to reduce extreme poverty by investing in women and girls. Previously, Jen spent a decade building successful partnerships at NPR. Jen has been a passionate advocate for human rights since college, working in youth camps in Ukraine, volunteering with the International Rescue Committee to help resettle Sudanese refugees, and teaching business development as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Armenia. Jen earned an MBA in international business and non-profit management from George Washington University.  She lives in San Francisco with her husband Jeremy, a public interest lawyer working to end mass incarceration.
