Digital investigation on an Ambulance Attack

Little global attention was paid when tensions between Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan erupted into an armed conflict on September 14, 2022. Our HRW Digital Investigations Lab, gathered evidence on some of the incidents that occurred during those 4 days of the conflict. We focused part of our research on a shooting attack on two ambulances.
