Acknowledgements

This is report based on research conducted in Bosnia and Herzegovina in November and December 2005. It was written and researched by Bogdan Ivanisevic, Human Rights Watch researcher on the former Yugoslavia.  The report was edited by Benjamin Ward, associate director of the Europe and Central Asia division of Human Rights Watch.
