London and New York Film Submissions
As the festival has a limited staff and budget and reviews hundreds of films each year, we have a strict policy on submissions. Our policy is for interested filmmakers to submit information on their film using the form below. Incomplete submissions will not be considered.
If you should have trouble using this form, please email the complete information below to submissions@hrw.org. Please do not send attachments - include all relevant information in the text/body of your email.
All submissions will be reviewed by the festival committee. The committee will contact you if they are interested in screening a DVD copy of your film. Do NOT send a screener unless we contact you to request one. Unsolicited DVDs sent to our office will be discarded without exception.
Submissions are only accepted for our London and New York festivals. Our Traveling Festival is not open to unsolicited submissions. The festival does not charge any fees for submissions.
If your film is considered for the festival be advised that we do not return DVDs. The festival does not send out rejection letters. We will contact those filmmakers whose films are accepted to participate in the festival.
