Habré's Survivors Fight For Justice

In Chad, it's often said that you can't find a family that does not have a victim from the Hissène Habré years. Ten years after a Senegalese judge first indicted Hissène Habré on charges of torture and crimes against humanity, Senegal has not yet brought him to trial. The survivors of Habré's regime continue to drive the case forward. Photographs by Victor Affaro.
