India is suffering the world’s fastest-growing number of Covid-19 cases, and the government’s response appears to have collapsed

Yesterday, the UN Security Council finally took action on Tigray's terrible humanitarian and human rights crisis. A much-needed move, as the Ethiopian region is being pushed toward famine.

This week, the Hungarian government finally submitted a draft bill to parliament to repeal its discriminatory NGO law, which some likened to Russia’s Foreign Agents Act. Over one hundred deaths are feared in the shipwreck of a rubber boat north-east of Tripoli, as reported by the NGOs SOS Mediterranée and Alarm Phone.

The Congress of the Dominican Republic should adopt a proposal to decriminalize abortion in three circumstances as a matter of urgency.

Cameroon's negotiations for a new multiyear loan from the International Monetary Fund led to presidential directives for greater oversight of Covid-19 funds and its misappropriation. This inquiry should be credible and independent.

Football's "Super League" was a flop. In the aftermath of a tumultuous week, new questions are emerging about it...
