Detta upprop ligger till grund för bildandet av Insamlingsstiftelsen the Swedish Foundation in Support of Human Rights Watch.
Alla som är intresserade av att stödja denna stiftelse välkomnas att lämna ekonomiskt stöd.
De pengar som flyter in genom detta upprop kommer att främja stiftelsens ändamål, som är
a. att värna om rättigheterna för människor runt om i världen, såväl i krigstid som i fredstid, genom att samla in information om övergrepp, offentliggöra resultaten och använda informationen för att försöka få övergreppen att upphöra och för att förhindra framtida övergrepp; och
b. att utföra andra aktiviteter inom utbildning, religion, välgörenhet och vetenskap för detta ändamål.

This petition is the basis for the formation of Insamlingsstiftelsen the Swedish Foundation in Support of Human Rights Watch.
Everyone who is interested in supporting the work of the foundation is welcome to make financial contributions.
Funds raised shall be used for the purpose of the foundation as stated in the statutes, which is
a. to protect the rights of people around the world in times of peace and war by gathering information on abuses, publicizing the findings and using the information to try to bring the abuses to an end and to prevent future abuses; and
b. to undertake any other educational, religious, charitable, literary and scientific activities to this end.
