VIII. Acknowledgements

This report was written by Sahr MuhammedAlly, the Alan R. and Barbara D. Finberg fellow for Human Rights Watch. It is based on research conducted in Malaysia in July 2005 and subsequently via telephone and email. The report was edited by Brad Adams, executive director of the Asia Division and Sam Zia-Zarifi, deputy director of the Asia Division of Human Rights Watch.
