A new flagship museum in Hong Kong, M+, pulled a work by Chinese artist and dissident Ai Weiwei from its opening after Beijing’s outlets and pro-Beijing politicians criticized it for showing a picture of Ai holding up his middle finger in Tiananmen Square, claiming that it "spreads hatred against China."
