Designated seat for the representative of Patrice Edouard Ngaïssona’s anti-balaka faction at the peace deal signing ceremony in Bangui on February 6. On December 12, 2018 Ngaïssona was arrested in France to face International Criminal Court charges. He is accused of responsibility for war crimes and crimes against humanity including murder, deportation, imprisonment and torture committed in the western part of the Central African Republic between December 2013 and December 2014.
