A solitary confinement cell located in the safety unit of Brisbane Women’s Correctional Centre in Queensland. The cells are designed with CCTV cameras; no ligatures, hooks, or sharp edges; furnishings are bolted to the ground or flush to the wall to minimize risk of self-harm.
