Women and girls at one of the two only borehole wells at the crowded Kapise camp in Malawi that is now serving over 6000 people. The crowded camp is difficult to reach, and at the time of a Human Rights Watch visit, there were only two borehole wells and four pit latrines to serve the growing numbers of residents.
