Malian soldiers survey the damage after the August 7-8, 2015 attack by gunmen in Sévaré, a garrison town 600 kilometers northeast of Bamako, the capital. Five civilians, including four UN contractors and a Malian driver, were killed in the attack. The Islamist armed group al-Mourabitoun claimed responsibility.
